This summer was one for the books. I had high hopes for summer 2015 and it didn’t disappoint – I think it was probably the best one I have had since childhood. We kicked things off with our first big grown up vacation to Puerto Rico over Memorial Day. I won’t ever forget the amazing infinity pool at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. For the 4th of July holiday we made our way to the Carolinas for some beach time followed by a few extra days in Charleston. I love this shot from the His & Hers post Nick and I did with Vineyard Vines! Full post here!
Charleston has my heart. I don’t think I have ever visited such a photogenic city! Everywhere you turn there are colorful colonial homes, horse-drawn carriages, palm trees and restaurants serving delicious southern food. Full post here!
I had one of my favorite New York City experiences ever this summer. I did a food crawl at the Smorgasburg in Brooklyn with my cousins – so so much fun. Oh and the food was good too! Check out the full post to see for yourself.Central Park is full of photo-worthy spots, but none like the boat pond. We figured this out when we went up there for a picnic earlier this summer. Well, there you have it: my top moments of summer 2015! Every summer since graduating college and moving to New York City has gotten progressively better – I hope that the trend continues! As sad as I am to see the warm weather go, I am looking forward to fall and the holiday months. My birthday coming up on Friday so it will be fun to end things with a bang 🙂
Happy Labor Day everyone!
