It still surprises me how I receive some of the best feedback on my simplest outfits. I didn’t originally plan on blogging about this peplum t-shirt, but after getting a ton of compliments (and lots of shocked looks when I told people how much it cost) I knew I had to share it with you guys.
Now that I don’t work from a formal office there really aren’t any rules dictating my everyday uniform. When I worked in public relations I lived in business casual dresses, but over the last year I’ve turned into such a denim and t-shirt girl. While I could totally get away with just bumming around my apartment doing work in my pjs or sweats, I like to at least throw on some casual street clothes to stay motivated and feel like a rule human. LOL!
This may not be my most glamorous look, but hey it’s the real me. Though I definitely consider Katie’s Bliss and Instagram to be my “highlight reel” where I showcase my best moments when I feel the most put together, it’s important to me to still keep it real. And for me real is shopping the Nordstrom trend section and getting pumped over a budget-friendly white t-shirt 😛  Which by the way comes in a bunch of different colors…

So cute! I have a question that I hope isn’t too personal haha I noticed that you can’t see your bra at all through the shirt and I haven’t been able to find a bra that completely disappears like that. Would you mind sharing where you got yours?

I’m not sure of the brand but I know I got it from Nordstrom! I love this shirt because the fabric is actually really great quality/not opaque.
