Bright Summer Staples

Bright, Eye-Catching Skirts (Look 1, Look 2, Look 3)
For me, summer is all about wearing color. I try my best to wear bright clothing year round but summer is definitely the time of year I go all out. Whether it’s a skirt, statement heel, bold lip or printed dress, I always try and have at least one pop of color in each of my outfits. This summer I’ve been wearing all the below looks frequently around the city. Sometimes it’s hard to remember to wear color since SO many people here (especially in my neighborhood and at my job) tend to stick to neutrals and black. Whatever I’m an individual though and plus bright colors make me so much more happy 🙂
I’ve been getting questions lately on what some of my favorite places are in the city during the summertime. I’d have to say Houston Hall (for happy hour), the Brooklyn Bridge (for the views), Chelsea Market (for the food), Aria Wine Bar (for date night), Columbus Circle & the UWS (for shopping and walking) and Central Park (for obvious reasons).
