I loved the color palette of their designs and I just thought every item was much more casual and effortless, aka more my style. I love me some J. Studded

Took these pictures after seeing The Hunger Games this afternoon with Nick. We were thinking about doing the midnight premiere but when it came down to it we decided against it. Loud people + insane crowds would've driven me completely bonkers! The afternoon showing we went to was much more quiet and less crowded. The movie was sooooooo fantastic by the way. You have to go see it!

Spring is in the Air

After a few weeks of rain it seems North Carolina is getting blessed with some amazing weather. I'll be sad to leave Saturday when I go home to Pennsylvania for spring break. Hopefully the weather will be as nice as it is here. However I am looking forward to relaxing with my family and boyfriend, eating out and going to see THE HUNGER GAMES. Is anyone else as excited as I am for the premiere?

Class Uniform

On a normal class day this is the type of outfit you'd normally see me in walking around campus. Just because I'm a second-semester college senior doesn't mean I have to live in sweats and flip-flops (although that would make life easier). Temperatures reached the 70s today so I was able to wear just a cardigan and some open sandals. I just scored these Stuart Weitzman glitter sandals from Rue La La and already I'm in love! I feel like I'm gonna be living in these this spring!

Neon Pop

Happy Friday everyone! I just bought this neon belt from Urban and I absolutely adore it! It's perfect for adding a pop of neon to any outfit. 

P.S. I got my hair highlighted a little bit lighter. My stylist stripped out my yellow blonde and put in some ash blonde highlights instead. I only had her do my ends to keep with the ombré effect. For me it would be too much work getting my roots done every six weeks. What do you think?

Boyfriend Jeans

Boyfriend jeans. Aka my boyfriend's new least favorite article of clothing I own. It's kind of funny boyfriend jeans are called "boyfriend" jeans. Because at least in my experience it seems like boys hate them. They're loose fitting, unshapely and make me look like I have the legs of ten year old boy. Despite their shortcomings I love them and I plan on fully embracing the boyfriend jean trend this spring and summer.
