So I turned 21 yesterday (9/11/11) and it was definitely worth the wait. My boyfriend and friends went out of their way to throw me a party and I had an amazing time. However the night before my birthday I almost had a fashion emergency! I realized I didn't have a dress to wear! I have cocktail and party dresses, but nothing that I really thought would be appropriate for my 21st birthday party. So my normal impulsive self decided to go shopping the morning of my party. That trip resulted in this $65 strapless, chiffon number from Arden B! Such a steal right?
