Holiday Ruffles + Dress for a Holiday Party

This past Friday I had not one but two formal parties to attend at my school. The first was a formal for my boyfriend's club sports team and the other was my roommate's 21st birthday party. For my dress I wanted to wear something fun, flirty, and festive. So why not go with a red cocktail dress? Check out what I wore below :)
